You’re not going to pick a builder that has your same experience...you want someone well-established and knowledgeable. You’re still a big part of the project, but you trust the builder to complete the project: Your dream home.
Event & Company is the builder for your daughter’s dream wedding.
At our initial consultation, we will ask you all about the wedding of your dreams! We will offer advice on design, layout and protocol, along with offering vendor referrals and general planning strategy. Then when we meet again about a month prior to your wedding day at your venue, we will discuss the event weekend timeline, wedding participants and family, layouts, and vendors. We develop your itinerary, draw up floor plans and confirm with all your vendors. We then direct your rehearsal and provide up to 8 hours of onsite coordination on the big day to make sure your wedding is seamless.
How To Book Month-Of Coordination With Us…
To book your event with us, we require a signed contract along with a non-refundable 50% deposit made at your contract signing. The final payment of the contract balance is due 1 month prior to your event. Month-Of Coordination starts at $1000. Discounts are available with multiple service bookings.
Drink Catering & Bar Service:
We offer drink catering and bartending services. We pride ourselves in working with our clients to customize your bar needs and menu. Our bar service is turn-key, meaning we make all the arrangements and provide everything you need. Our friendly, well-trained, and certified staff is happy to responsibly serve at your event.
What We Do…
In Preparation for the Event Day, Event & Company will:
Offer advice on how to personalize the bar
Offer advice on how to stay within the budget
Make specific drink recommendations & drink amount recommendations based on the number of guests and drink preferences
Present estimate for drink order
Place order with supplier
Arrange payment from client to supplier
Arrange for delivery of order
Contact supplier to confirm details of order and delivery time
On the Event Day, Event & Company will:
Provide the bar itself and all materials needed for setup
Deliver, set up & tear down bar
Receive delivery from supplier
Provide a customized, framed bar menu
Provide clear, acrylic 9oz & 12oz cups, beverage napkins, and straws
Provide bartending tools & necessary dispensers
Provide sodas (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite & Dr. Pepper) and bottled water for items on drink menu
Provide garnishes & mixers
Provide coolers, ice, keg bins, keg covers, and taps
Provide TABC Certified Bartenders
