Day Of Coordination…
Our services begin up to one month prior to your wedding day when we meet you at your venue to discuss the event weekend timeline, wedding participants, layouts and vendors. We develop your itinerary and confirm with all your vendors. We then direct your rehearsal and provide up to 8 hours of onsite coordination on the big day to make sure your wedding is seamless. This package is for the super organized bride who just needs us to bring the final details together!
Our most popular package! We provide you with three onsite consultations, starting with an initial consultation at the time of booking to explain the coordination process and answer any questions related to budget, theme, style, and etiquette. With this package, we also offer personalized vendor suggestions and include access to us throughout the entire planning process + a detailed timeline so everyone (family, wedding party, vendors, venue) is on the same page for the big day. We are there to direct your rehearsal and provide you with 2 coordinators to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly. This package is perfect for the hands-on bride!
We walk with you every step of the way, starting with your vision for your wedding. We assist with venue selection and research vendors who fit your unique style and budget and lead you through the entire planning process while monitoring the budget and contracts. We setup and attend important meetings with your vendors and venue and offer unlimited hours of consultation until your event. We then ensure the execution of your rehearsal, floor plan and timeline. This package is for the bride who wants every detail taken care of!
Let’s be honest, weddings are very costly and often the budget is strict and does not allow you to book all the vendors you want. We also often get brides who are incredibly hands on and organized and are adamant about taking charge because they find joy in planning their wedding. They just need some guidance. Going to the Chapel - Ceremony Planning…
This package was designed for simple, elegant weddings and is perfect for a small family wedding or for the couple choosing to elope. We provide you with one consultation over the phone two weeks prior to your wedding, then we are there the day of your wedding to make sure you get all the pictures you want before the ceremony, and get down the aisle on time.
We offer beverage catering and bartending services. We pride ourselves in working with our clients to customize your bar needs and menu. Our bar service is turn-key, meaning we make all the arrangements and provide everything you need. Our friendly, well-trained, and certified staff is happy to responsibly serve at your event.
Taryn is an ordained, Christian wedding officiant serving couples in love! She is personable and enjoys tailoring each wedding to the hopes and aspirations of each couple. With years of experience in planning wedding ceremonies, she can suggest special touches and provide guidance for a traditional or unique ceremony. Taryn will sit down with you in an effort to get to know each other and to plan the ceremony. Rehearsal attendance and further counseling may be booked upon request.
